Mr. Anand K. Sharma gathers with him an extensive experience of 25 years in auto industry. After a brief stint of five years as a production engineer at Autolite India Ltd., he joined Rajesh Motors Group in 1991 as a sales executive and has grown the ranks with his immense capabilities and skills.
His capture of the Gurjar and Jat dominating Kotputli, Jhunjhunu and Shahpura market is a testimony of the above. He is well known for being patient and humorous at the same time which has been a key characteristic of his in having good relationship with customers and his colleagues.
Mr. Anand is Decisive and action oriented with a “can-do” attitude, and the ability to build trust and credibility with customers and employees. Mr. Anand believes in collaborative team building orientation to work with people at all levels and has the ability to present information to management teams.
Currently he is handling Jaipur, Jhunjhnu, Shahpura and Kotputli areas of the groups Ashok Leyland Vertical and production marketing of body building.
He is a Mechanical Engineer and has gone through various technical and personal skill trainings during his tenure at Rajesh Motors.

Mr. Anurag Sharma, Operations Head (Volkswagen Udaipur)

As the branch manager of the Volkswagen Udaipur, Anurag Sharma (44) is responsible for the Operations and Overall Performance of dealership of Volkswagen Udaipur.
In a career span of 20 Years, he has had a wide experience in Automobile Operations and has been a General Manager for over 14 years at LML, Hyundai, Toyota, and Tata Dealership. Prior to this assignment Anurag Sharma was the general Manager of Chandra Hyundai,Udaipur and General Manager of Chandra Toyota. During his tenure he has been responsible for the growth & expansion of these dealerships.
He has graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Jodhpur University, Jodhpur and he had the opportunity of further horning his skills by attending training programmes conducted by Hyundai, Toyota and Volkswagen.Anurag Sharma has played an Imp role in promoting Hyundai cars in Udaipur Territory.
His values, passion, honesty & loyalty towards his work and his Forte of building relationships and customer satisfaction make him who he is today.

Mr. Bhupendra Singh Nirwan, Assistant General Manager(Ashok Leyland Bikaner Division)


He is currently responsible for overall operation of Bikaner Branch at Rajesh Motors Group.
In his career of 10 years Mr. Bhupendra Singh has had insights in different spheres such as Banking, Finance & Automobiles. He has worked with Ashok Leyland Finance Ltd. (Now part of IndusInd Bank) for a span of 4 years as Field Officer managing direct sales of Commercial Vehicle, CE, LCV and channel business. Implemented new strategies for tapping uncovered segment of businesss, Initiated the customer care program.
His last assignment before joining Rajesh Motors Group was with HDFC Bank Ltd for the span of 5 years served as Manager, Commercial Transportation Group Department.
Mr. Bhupendra Singh holds a degree in commerce from JNVU, Jodhpur in year 2001.
Mr. Bhupendra is actively participated in team and personality development workshops & has developed excellence in developing market share of commercial vehicles in the Bikaner region.
He always carry a genuine thrust to learn & has willingness to do hard intellectual work to achieve success.

Mr. Jugal Kishore Sharma, General Manager (Finance)

Mr. Jugal Kishor Sharma is charged with the task of overseeing the Rajesh Motors Group’s Finance, Banking, Personnel and Legal & Secretarial function.
He joined RMG as an Account Assistant in 1985 & with his experience in this group over the years in various roles is presently the Chief Financial Officer of the group. He brings a unique understanding of fiscal accountability to the group.
He has a determined and flexible approach in having a mutually beneficial achievement of business plans and personal goals of staff, suppliers and stakeholders.
He holds a Masters in Commerce and a CA intern. But his qualifications are no Justification to his knowledge and experience.
He has always worked at maintaining the company’s strong identification, even as it enhances itself as a national brand.

Mr. Laxman Singh Nirwan, General Manager (Ashok Leyland Division Jodhpur)


Mr. Laxman Singh has an expertise of 29 years in auto industry. His career commenced with Rajesh Motors as an accountant and is presently handling Ashok Leyland Jodhpur Region
Mr. Laxman Singh holds B.Com Degree, which is dwarfed in front of his knowledge and experience gained during his tenure.
He has strong business acumen with strong selling and negotiation skills developed through close customer contact. He is a confident and persuasive team-builder, with an ability to interact with people at all levels of the organization. This ability has been the greatest asset to the organization in developing people under him to take key responsibilities in the group.
He is well regarded and respected among his colleagues, principals and customers.

Mr. Madan Mehta, Operations Head (Atharva Motors – Chevrolet Cars, Udaipur)


Mr. Madan Mehta has a vast experience of 20 years in the field of Operations, Import, Export, Logistics, Procurement & Planning. He holds an Engg. Degree in Electronics & Communication. He maintains a key position of General Manager with Atharva Motors, Udaipur & is overall responsible for operations of Udaipur Dealership.
His brief assignments which reflect his profile are: Working with Signum Brandshutz GMBH & Golden Connectors Ind. Co. Korea as Liasioning Officer; worked with Eden Group (Udaipur) as Head of Business Development & Marketing; Worked with Gravita India Ltd. at Ethopia as a Country Manager; worked with Graphic Systems Ltd. (Uganda) as Head of Marketing & Sales.
His hard work, visionary approach, belief in team work and techno-business thinking made him the most worthy.

With 41 years in fields of Accounting, Mining, & Marketing to the expanding network of JCB dealership in Jaipur Region. Mr. Jhamtani has the ability to prioritise and deal effectively with a number of tasks simultaneously.
Mr. Ramesh Jhamtani holds an M.Com degree and over the years attended various marketing and management programs and undergone training during his tenure.
He is always Proactive with a strong focus on success.

Mr. Umesh Khandelwal, Deputy General Manager (Alwar)

Mr. Umesh Khandelwal is a commerce graduate and has over 19 years of experience in the field of automobile industry.
He started off as a supervisor in 1992 and was part of Kota branch. He took charge of sales for Kota branch in 1995 before moving Alwar as a Branch Manager.
He was instrumental in pioneering Alwar branch market share of AL from 8% to 35 % and continues growth in volume and market share. Along with this developed JCB market share up to 90% & even 100% from 2001 to 2005.
He has always worked at maintaining the company’s strong ideals. He is currently handling AL and JCB in Alwar Division
